This site already have the graphics of all 7800 games dumped, so ripping is as easy as picking a game and choosing the color palette.

These include Summer Games and Winter Games where the main sprites aren't displayed however the backgrounds are. Rampart and Ms. Pac-Man don't display any graphics at all.
