The Mega Duck (also known as the Cougar Boy in South American countries) was a handheld similar to the Supervision that attempted to compete with Nintendo's Game Boy. It was created in Hong Kong and released in various parts of Europe and South America.
Despite being a commercial failure and not being able to move as many consoles as the Game Boy due to the small library of games and only releasing into a few countries, Sachen released ports of their Mega Duck games onto unlicensed multicarts for the Game Boy sometime after.

Like with other lesser-known consoles without dedicated emulators, MESS is the most well known and easy-to-use emulator currently available for the Mega Duck. Following the merging of MESS with MAME, MAME now includes full functionality with the Mega Duck.
