Eclipse Engine
Eclipse Engine is an in-house, proprietary game engine created by Digital Eclipse. It is used to decompile code from older games (such as NES games) and make them playable on modern PCs and consoles. The engine was first used in Mega Man Legacy Collection (released in 2015), and has been used in various other games (such as retro game compilations) since.
Eclipse Engine is not the same as Eclipse; two entirely different game engines, with one that was developed by Arktos Entertainment and the other that was developed by BioWare.
