data.pie
The "data.pie" file is actually a .ZIP file with a renamed extension, so tools such as 7-Zip should work fine. The file in question in the Windows/Steam port requires a password in order for a tool to extract its contents.
When you are required to enter the password, copy and paste this line of text and it should extract it:

The PlayStation 4 version's data.pie file isn't encrypted so it can be easily extracted, meanwhile the 3DS port doesn't contain a data.pie file.
