Bureaucrats are users who have the ability to modify other users' access rights as well as access to the rename user feature. Because users here are integrated with the forum, this group is essentially unused as all user management is done through the forum's control panel.

Petie is currently the only bureaucrat as the permission was assigned when the wiki software was installed. For all intents and purposes, the features provided by the bureaucrat group are also granted by MyBB's administrator group (and, by extension, the wiki Administrators group) so all admins can also be throughout to possess the same abilities.
