Green Eggs and Ham is the second Dr. Seuss interactive Living Books video game released on July 15, 1996. It is based on the 1960 book of the same name.
Information
Green Eggs and Ham is based on the Mokawk Engine. It uses .MHK archives, which are supported in Game Extractor. Inside the archives are regular .wav files, palette files, and compressed bitmap files. No ripping tool for the images currently exists (allrip doesn't support it). Referencing the ScummVM source code may be helpful in writing a tool (see ScummVM forum).
