GameMaker (formerly known as Animo, Game Maker, GameMaker Studio, and GameMaker Studio 2) is a cross-platform game engine that was first released on November 15, 1999. It is developed and maintained by YoYo Games. GameMaker is a commonly used game engine, especially among indie game developers and fangame developers.

File Formats

  • data.win / .unx / .ios / .droid - Game data file used for GameMaker games. These can be opened with UndertaleModTool. Older GameMaker games may not have a data.win file, though.
