'''Ninja Ripper''' is a scam software that does jack-shit despite everyone else saying "it just kind of works" and refusing to help anyone with their unintuitive at best and nonfunctional at worst software. All it does is print a log, which is admittedly more than can be said for the similar 3D Ripper, but considering the bar is literally nonexistent that is not an accomplishment. If it actually does work, then it apparently only works with older, worse-performing versions of Dolphin that are crash-heavy and are only compatible with a small handful of games meaning you might as well not even use it at all since all the games that DO work on old Dolphin have already been ripped.
